Practical wisdom – a philosophical concept of a type of wisdom that helps to define the right action to take; it contains the notions of good judgement, integrity of character and excellent habits.
Chief executives can take advantage of this practical wisdom when they need to prioritise different ideas or solve strategic or commercial issues. It distils combined experience, new analysis, internal knowledge and external insight. It lays out the right plan of action.
